About The Feeting Room

Created in 2015 and originally focused on footwear, we are a concept store with an online platform and physical stores in downtown Lisbon and Porto. We have grown into a global fashion and lifestyle range, always seeking to place ourselves alongside new emerging talent regardless of the area where it manifests. With a vision of offering the possibility of discovering new concepts and accessing differentiating products, we curate a selection of Portuguese brands and independent labels and integrate them in unique spaces that promote an informal but memorable experience.

For the rest of the World we offer competitive prices. At checkout, you can calculate shipping rates for your delivery location.



Store Pickup


For orders within Portuguese territory, a pick up option will be available, where the items can be collected at our stores in Porto and Lisbon. Orders made using this option will receive an e-mail notification once they are ready to be picked up at the chosen location.



Turnaround


We require 1 -2 working days to process your order before dispatching to our courier. Deliveries usually take from 2 to 4 week days after, to mainland Portugal and the rest of the World. For islands it may take up to 10 week days at the most.

 


Carrier


We use Chronopost (DPD Group) and DHL to deliver our orders and ship worldwide.



Order Tracking


You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been processed, with your tracking ID.


Take note that multi-product orders could be shipped and delivered separately.

Customs and Import Charges


Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you might not be expecting.


The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
